  • Led the case management organization for 21 years building it from a $3M to a $13M organization mostly by writing and managing local, state and federal grants. As the CEO, I was also the Development Director, expanded the geographical footprint from 4 counties to 52 counties in Northwest Florida, Southeast Georgia and South Alabama. Created and implemented Project90 with a mobile software platform built by social workers for social workers. Supervised social work interns and developed partnerships with colleges and universities.
