As a Warehouse Associate, I play a key role in keeping operations efficient by accurately managing inventory, communicate and coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensuring orders are fulfilled on time , in addition to sourcing HVAC and Electrical components or replacement units from our 400+ branches nationwide. I take pride in maintaining organized stock, operating warehouse equipment safely, and supporting a clean, reliable, and fast-paced work environment.

As a PSA Airline Agent, I delivered professional customer service by assisting (Disabled, handicapped) passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage while ensuring compliance with airline and TSA regulations. I communicated clearly with travelers, resolve concerns efficiently, and coordinated with flight crews and ground staff to support smooth operations and on-time departures, all while maintaining a safe and positive travel experience.

As a Lead Lifeguard, I was responsible for ensuring the safety of all patrons in and around the aquatic facility. I supervised and mentored a team of lifeguards, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high safety standards and Create the best Lifeguards I could. I actively monitored swimming areas, enforced pool rules, and responded quickly and effectively to emergencies, including performing rescues and administering first aid or CPR when necessary. In addition to safety , I assisted with scheduling, reporting incidents, and maintaining a clean and organized facility. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations.

My Duties as a Lifeguard was monitoring pool areas to ensure the safety and well-being of all swimmers. I responded promptly to emergencies, perform rescues, and administer first aid or CPR when needed. I enforced facility rules, educated Guests on safe swimming practices, and help maintain a clean and organized aquatic environment. This position requires vigilance, strong observational skills, and the ability to act calmly and efficiently under pressure while providing a welcoming and safe experience for all guests.

Working at our family-owned restaurant along my mom and stepfather, I gained valuable life lessons and practical skills that shaped my work ethic and professionalism. My responsibilities included taking orders, clearing and bussing tables, and providing exceptional customer service that made patrons feel welcomed and valued. This experience taught me the importance of teamwork, attention to detail, time management, and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment at a young age.
