My responsibilities at the skate center were to hand out skates and return shoes when they were done using the skates, I helped wipe down tables and keep the floor clean. I also would monitor the skate floor to make sure no one was doing anything that could hurt themselvs or others.

At wendys i learned all the stations and handled high-pressure situations effectively, maintaining composure during rush periods while continuing to deliver exceptional service quality.

At toots I had learned to open and close although i mainly closed. my role was to make sure everyone was on task and that food was moving. I also had to shut down the back area and scrub the floors every night and had learned all 7 roles and 2 end of the day responsibilities before leaving.

At krogers i have learned Enhanced customer satisfaction by providing prompt assistance with locating items and answering inquiries.

Placed products in correct storage locations to keep stock areas organized and inventory counts accurate.

Rotated stock correctly to prevent out-of-date products and removed aging items from main shelving to build special promotional displays.

Improved store organization by efficiently stocking shelves and maintaining clean, clutter-free aisles. as well as training in the frozen and dairy sections of the store
