Caleb Carter

I am an 18-year-old graduate of Bentonville West high school looking to get my foot in the door of a real profession and expand my career path. I am diverse in categories such as backroom management, inventory management, pallet jack trained, customer service, and many other skills. I have worked for TacoBell at a constant 50 hours a week over the summer, Boys and Girls Club for a year and a half, and at Walmart starting in October of 2023 being trained in multiple departments. I feel that I have a very strong work ethic and a drive to meet my goals. I feel that employing me would be in the best interest of both me and my employer because I plan on finding my career and advancing in my work skills over time while I would be making sure to meet all of the company's needs and working above and beyond expectations

I have always had a passion for working and have always had the goal of moving out fast out of high school. I have been raised to be very responsible with rules in my house such as not being allowed to own a car till I have a job to cover the insurance on it and I feel that things like this are the reason why I am so responsible and hardworking for my age. I love to work and I have always had a goal of advancing my work path without the need for college. Outside of work I enjoy working on my car, riding motorcycles, and being with my friends. I am a very energetic and hyperactive person and have never liked the idea of sitting down and working as I prefer to be on my feet and active. A desk job has never appealed to me and as I would love to make a career out of something that is not just sitting down and typing all day.
