To provide more context for my own personal transformation from January 1st 2021 to January 1st 2022, I trained 5 days a week doing mainly hypertrophy based workouts. I started at 282 pounds and throughout that year I trained until I was 185 pounds and have maintained my progress over the last 2 1/2 years. I can also provide progress pictures if required.
