The responsibilities I have to cover on a daily basis entails more than coordinating glass work for any piece of glass on a vehicle.

1) I have to field phone calls from customers needing work done whether it is paying for it out of pocket or needing to go through insurance and piecing together estimates for the glass needing to be replaced.

2) I have to work with insurance companies and keep a log of all the work that is needing to be done. This goes for inventory unit as well and that is for every rooftop the Auto Plaza has. This goes for all the sales floors and all warranty work from the service lanes.

3) I also have a schedule of daily work that is needing to be done with a maximum of 8 replacemets per day. I also have to take the vehicles from rooftop to rooftop to make sure all vehicles are done within the day as all glass work is to be done within the work day.

4) I am also the one responsilbe to bill all glass work and communicate with insurance companies to receive payment.
