
I have been in customer service since 2022. I have always been complimented on my ability to interact with the public and my peers. I have held many leadership roles in both the work force and in school. I am experienced and good at working in groups. I am always willing and fast to learn new things. Overall, I would say I am a good listener and love advice on bettering any area needed to succeed. I live by the statement "failure is not an option".
I currently work with Food City curbside. With this job, I shop customers orders while making sure they are completed in the time slot that the customer chose. With this job I am trained to professionally shop, run the register, and make sure all customers are happy and satisfied with their service.
As an intern I was checking for blockages in the sewer using an SL-RAT tool. With this job I had to deal with the public a lot one for asking permission to access many man-holes, and questions concerning their service.
As a Front End Manager, my job was to balance each registers till, retrieve money from drink machines, I was trained to open and close the office, I was trained to do paper work, much customer service, and overall make sure that all cashiers were doing their job, and resolve minor problems regarding returns and damaged items.
I have been both Associate of the month and associate of the year at Super Dollar Food Center. I have been shouted out at Food City for my eagerness to help. I have had many positive comments made about my professional shopping and communication. My internship offered my return due to overachieving the goal of amount of tasks completed.
