• Responsible for training of the newly hired team members. Including company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Examine work for defects and have repaired.
• Communicate with dayshift quality supervisor at start of each weekend shift. As well as leaving detailed information on weekends production.

• Sprayed primer and topcoat providing a quality product to our customer.
• Touched up finished Rearloaders and Bubble gates to ensure high quality.

Setup and operated plasma CNC, and laser table. cut out parts for production.

Cut and packaged meat for customers.

• Organized pallets and secured materials with plastic wrap to prepare for movement to skids.
• Cut and packaged foam insulation kits for busses.
