
As an international student in the United States, I am eligible to work through Optional Practical Training (OPT) after completing my degree. My program in Exercise Science and Human Performance is STEM-designated, which may allow me to qualify for an extended STEM OPT period, providing employers with the opportunity to retain my skills and expertise for up to three years after graduation (pending USCIS approval and program eligibility). This allows me to gain long-term professional experience in the United States while contributing my knowledge in exercise science, human performance, athletic development, and sports performance.
