I am currently a Subaru senior master technician. I work in the shop as the foreman. I moved to Wilmington in 2022 after receiving a job offer from Parkway Subaru to work as a technician. I had intended to step out of the foreman role due to my negative experience at my past employer. However after 6 months at Parkway I was asked to step back into the role as foreman which I have held for the last 3.5 years. The shop, management, and technicians working under me were a much different dynamic than my past employer which made me confident moving back to the foreman would be a positive experience. My current job requirements include performing all maintenance and diagnostics on vehicles as well as manage a team of technicians while assisting in repairs. Work experience ranges from complex electrical diagnosis, HVAC, engine and transmission, and general maintenance. Work closely with Subaru of America to ensure proper warranty processes have been completed in order to collect payment for warranty repairs. Currently interested in changing careers as I no longer believe the automotive field is the right fit for my lifestyle and family and believe my skill set would be valuable this new field in many ways.
