I graduated from Fort Pierce Central high school in 2017, and am currently attending college at Georgia Southern University via online courses. I received my Associate's degree in the spring of 2022 from Indian River State College. I worked at Publix Supermarkets as a grocery clerk for quite a long time. Whilst I was there, I provided great customer service as that is one of the company's core values. I also have experience with handling product, as well as product rotation. While at Publix I worked with a team regularly, and as a result have great teamwork skills. I moved up to Georgia in June of 2021 and then I came back down to Florida that August, all of the while I still was working for Publix. I stayed working for Publix until October of 2024 when I was presented with an opportunity to start earning more money from a friend. After that I started the application process for the company Teleperformance USA. I was very quickly hired and then started their training process and was officially on their production floor by mid December. My long time experience in the field of customer service has helped me greatly with this new job, allowing me to be able to resolve customer issues promptly and properly.
