I started off working as a phones agent and after 3 years joined the 3rd party team where I came in as an entry level agent emailing guests. I have been on 3rd party for 7 years and I currently work several specialties shifts, including failed bookings, liaison for our GX and BPO teams, followups and Regulated states. I also communicate regularly with our 3rd party partners, Airbnb and Booking.com to escalate and resolve various issues.
