• Fulfilled the position of Lead Firefighter for over 50% of the calendar year, leading a crew of three personnel, managing day-to-day assignments, and successfully mitigating emergency situations safely. - Program lead for departments vehicle licensing, managing credentials and training for over 160 assigned personnel and 14 different apparatus standards

• Fulfilled the role of Station Chief for 8 months of my tenure as Active Duty USAF E-5, maintaining shift schedules for 60 assigned A-Shift personnel on a day-to-day basis. Led a station of 16 assigned personnel, working efficiently with the assigned District/Assistant Chief of Operations counterpart.

- Supervised three active-duty members directly as part of the military work set, and directly supervised three personnel on the assigned apparatus during the shift.

- Conducted mid-term and yearly feedback with assigned subordinates.

- Lead firefighter for over 200 emergencies with no injuries or loss.

- Shift lead for annual leave program, coordinating and scheduling Y2024 leave for 52 assigned military personnel, ensuring 100% emergency staffing and safety for AMC's largest C-17 fleet.

• Served as a Driver/Operator & Firefighter, maintaining NREMT. Efficiently and effectively mitigating emergency situations. Mentor and provide unwavering leadership to military and civilian personnel, enhancing operational capabilities for the department. As a Driver/Operator & NREMT, safely operate, inspect, maintain and utilize all apparatus assigned to departments mission set. Experienced with CRASH fire rescue, submarine shipboard firefighting and mutual aid / multi agency responses.

- Received and maintained Tactical Combat Care Course, allowing the ability to teach all service members and meet USAF readiness requirements.

- Deployed to Niger, Africa in 2019, supporting Operation Juniper Shield

- Deployed to Ali-al Salem, Kuwait in 2021, supporting Operation Inherent Resolve
