I am a well rounded IT help desk specialist that excels in costumer service and is comfortable fitting any role needed. I currently work in a small team, so I wear a lot of hats in our environment. Whether it be working on our sharepoint site or working in our cloud environment in Azure. I'm always ready and willing to learn something new and take on any task's presented to me.

  • Maintained accurate records of all help desk interactions via our ticketing system, allowing us to keep a detailed record of any re-occurring issues and their solutions
  • Pre-setup our student, faculty, and staff devices using group policies and active directory along with Azure cloud AD to manage endpoints.
  • Re-imaged devices when they where returned by students, faculty, and staff. Also did end of life imaging for devices that missed the return window so they then could be sold.
  • Maintained electronic classroom equipment such as projectors and amps.
  • I work in the Mitel admin center creating new profiles for new users and assigning them extensions and new phones.
