  • Worked ramen, mainly focusing on using the boiler and prepping. The menu included 7 ramens, tonkotsu ramen, tokyo chicken, spicy tan tan, veggie miso, spicy tonkotsu, all-star ramen, and tsukemen. The prep I worked on is cooking chicken, tomatoes, kale, corn, fried tofu, and making eggs. The broth bases I prepared included the tan tan and spicy vegan miso.
  • This restaurant was a very fast paced environment while I regularly worked 12 hour shifts, 5 days a week.

  • The alley was at times a really fast paced environment involving 3 stations for making drinks and teamwork being the key to fast exporting times. On average I would usually work 24-30 hours a week, with 6-12 hour shifts being my range.
  • I worked in the front which revolved around making drinks from milk teas, slushies, smoothies, teas, and many more. Another task of the front was operating the register, this task operated on a tablet system that dispenses tickets we stick on the cups and place on the line.
  • Executed closing duties by cleaning slushie machine, washing dishes, and disposing of trash to maintain a hygienic workspace.
