Recognition

Certificate of Appreciation, Gates of Churchill Homeowners Association: "Camryn England, in pursuit of her Girl Scout Gold Award identified a need for better identification of house numbers in our community. The house numbers were located far from the road, and the majority had no lighting, making it difficult for emergency responders to identify the home's address. Camryn researched with local emergency responders on the best way to assist and reduce response times during emergencies. Camryn presented to the Board of Directors her project proposal and once approved painted over 250 curbs with the corresponding house numbers over several months. The curbs were painted with iridescent white letters coated with microbeads to provide a highly reflective surface. Her commitment to the community and efforts will assist in ensuring during emergencies response times can be reduced and assist in saving lives."
