Welcome new patients, initiate intake process and complete discharge paperwork. Provide direct medical and emotional support to individuals withdrawing from alcohol or drugs. Monitor vital signs, assist with recovery protocols, and maintain a safe environment. Document patient progress and medical updates in health record.

*Part time*- Assist patients with ADL’s under the supervision of nurses such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and using the bathroom. Take vital signs and report any health changes or concerns to nurses. Serving meals, feeding, tracking food and fluid intake. Listen and provide emotional support to patients and their families. Medication aide, administer daily medications under the supervision of a nurse. Verify drug dosage, watch for drug reactions, and report changes. Document medication, order medication, restock medication, and discontinue medication.
