Take vital signs and report any health changes or concerns to nurses. Serving meals, feeding, tracking food and fluid intake. Listen and provide emotional support to patients and their families. Medication aide, administer daily medications under the supervision of a nurse. Verify drug dosage, watch for drug reactions, and report changes. Document medication, order medication, restock medication, and discontinue medication.
