Established and led the grievance strategy for Pacific Dental Services’ supported offices. Developed a robust support process to assist dentists and their staff in resolving patient complaints within the office, which has resulted in a year-over-year reduction of grievances filed with external agencies, including, but not limited to, insurance carriers, dental boards, professional associations, small claims courts, and the BBB.
