I worked on various Projects in District 10 and District 11. I was responsible for the set up and closeout of projects. Made appropriate payments for Estimates, conducted wage rate interviews, verified all material testing was completed to spec. I generated monthly estimates to the contractor and created Change Authorizations for Work Orders. I also ensured that all Labor Compliance was being met along with the Bulletin Board required posting. This work was completed on the following projects:

I complete construction inspections, Made appropriate payments,

I completed construction inspections, Made appropriate payments and read blue prints. I completed all construction documentation, along with paying estimates and generating Work Orders. Other duties were verifying certified payrolls from the contractor, and recording of all material certifications.

I performed all aspects of the PA Turnpike's CDS/KAHUA project documentation system, including master diaries, payments, calculation review, estimates, change orders, force accounts, and all other aspects of office clerical duties. These duties include labor compliance, wage rate verification and filing certified payroll. I'm also responsible for the entire project filing system of material, including all invoices and certifications, as well as project closeout. Since this project is receiving third party reimbursement from PennDOT, estimates and change orders are also created in ECMS to match CDS quantities. This project is the Redesignation of I-95 and I-276 in Bristol PA $119,000,000 project.

This project, consisted of the inspection of excavation, grading, drainage, concrete paving and shoulder construction, E&S control, pavement marking, signing, lighting, dual single composite steel multi-girder bridge (1) 2 span continuous composite prestressed concrete I-Beam bridge, dual 4 span continuous curved composite steel multi-girder bridge and 2 ramp Toll Facilities.

As a certified operator of CDSME and Constructware, my responsibilities included checking certified payrolls, entered daily field inspector diaries, input daily payments, calculate preliminary and current estimates. Also generated all necessary reports and created change authorization for change Orders

E.R.P.A. (Excavated Rock Placement Area)

This project consisted of the inspection of E&S pollution control, and channel protection, monitoring wells and piezometers, gravity dewatering pipe and pump, sediment basins, traps, emergency spillways, construction of cells, haul roads and access roads, excavation of pyretic rock hauled to land-fill and treated with bag house lime. Work completed was completed according to DEP Specifications and majority of payments made, were from daily force account records.

This project consists of the inspection of clearing and grubbing, removal of unsuitable material, excavation of ditches and borrows, compaction, reinforced concrete pavement, including concrete vibrating and curing, removal of forms, deck placement, parapets, back walls, end dams and acceptance of concrete, placement and spreading, final strike-off, finishing and curing, cement concrete structures including: exc. for footings, forms, supports, bracing, steel reinforcement, vibrating and curing of concrete, removal of forms, deck placement, parapets, back wall, end dams and placement of prestressed concrete beams.

This project consisted of repair on 6 structures I-80. My responsibilities included inspection, documentation and payment for hydro-demolition, deck repairs, latex deck surfacing, beam repairs, replacement of strip seal dams, milling, guide-rail placement and pavement markings
