Carl Falk

Having worked for over 40 years in the service industry, I have worked in all aspects of the industry. As a bartender, my people skills have always been a strength. As a manager, I have used my organizational skills to hire, train and develop staff and schedule accordingly. As an owner, my accounting background helped evaluate the financial side of the business. My most recent role of Assistant General Manager of the Genesee Brew House has used all those skills as well as teaching me about Human Resources and working with the Brand Team to grow our products, both within the Brew House and in the market.

IAABO Board 60, 1994, 2020, I refereed high school basketball for 25 years. My integrity and ability have led me to a career that included officiating 17 Sectional championships, and 4 state qualifier games.
