Accomplishments
As a General Manager at Car-Mart my dealership was consistently a top 5 performer each year (we have 150 plus locations). I was named the GM of the year 3 times, Presidential Award, numerous leadership awards over the years. As an Area Manager my areas were always in the top 3 out of 19 areas normally number one. My favorite accomplishments were always seeing General Managers at the year end meetings that I trained and helped develop and get promoted.
