Observed all aspects of the dealerships daily duties including, the finance department, managerial performance, sales process, parts/service, and the office. Started to perform the duties after learning all the moving parts, mainly selling.
Duties included making follow up appointments, cleaning the hearing aid devices, and making sure patients were well taken care of.
