Supply Spc - Supply

US Army | Fort Lee, Virginia | 01.2002

As a Supply Specialist, I was assigned responsibility for providing soldiers with the supplies needed to do their promotional ANOC and BNOC training. I worked behind a desk, and through a supply window, providing filling any supply demands from management, or soldiers. I performed daily inventories, and did alot of shipping and receiving orders.

I used the ULS S-4 system to keep track of all serial numbers on products, and the names of the persons signing out product. I also handled weekly laundry drop collections, inventories, and redistributions. I inventoried TA 50s from the soldiers. I billed several soldiers for lost, broken, or missing items, that where not normal wear and tear. I set up payment plans or reported to my supervisor to have the funds taken out of their checks. I charged batteries for field operations. I also had an arms room security clearance, to hand out , clean, properly store, and redistribute weapons needed for field operations. I was expected to perform most of my duties unsupervised, with minimal instructions.
