• Unload all incoming merchandise, and sign deliveries.

Inside Sales

• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and complaints via phone or email.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product pricing and availability.
• Build a positive relationship with customers, and go above and beyond to ensure that all questions are handled appropriately.

• Safely operate and maintain a delivery truck.
• Deliver products to consumers on time and in good condition.
• Operate a flatbed and goose-neck trailer.
• Maintain records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
