- Every Sunday I open and close
- I go in the start @11 in the morning, make sure both cash registers are counted up to $300 and then I make sure both safes are counted up
- The big safe is suppose to be counted up to $2600 and the little safe is suppose to be counted up to $500
- After that is done, I count the cigarettes from last night and see how much we sold in quantity and sales
- Twelve o'clock is the time we open so I go and open the doors and once I have a couple people rung up I go in the office and do my daily deposit from all the cash drops from the night before and I put it in a security brinks bag for the brinks people to come in and pick it up during the week
- After all the money counting is done I go into my paper work and submit everything I had done, including the safe drops, safety deposits, cigarettes counts and also item sales reports
