I’m a graduated physician that has developed in different fields apart from medicine. Throughout my career, I’ve gathered experience using all the Microsoft Office programs. My most impactful experience was when I was supervisor/team lead. When I had a group of 15-20 agents assigned to me, I was able to use all of my knowledge as an agent and put it to good use, allowing them to have the best of both worlds, understanding better inquiries, and sharing my skills with them on how they can be better every day. Also working as a billing support agent made me get knowledge of financial issues which was a brand new experience for me. My motivation lies in helping others and improve every day in what I do.
