I have a background as a paraeducator in school setting, where I worked closely with students with moderate to se disabilities. My role involved providing individualized support, implementation behavior management strategies and collaborating with teachers and therapist to create effective learning environment. I focused on using tailored instructional methods to meet each student 's unique needs, fostering both their academic and social development.
In addition, to my paraeducator experience, I hold a major in neuroscience and cognitive science. This academic background has equipped me with a strong understanding of brain development, learning process and the neurological aspects of various disabilities.
