At Disney Springs I was an Inventory Control Manager as well as a trainer and a general teller responsible for all of the banks and loans and paying out the bartender's. During my time there I oversaw several different locations making sure they had enough product and kept track of any and all liquor taken and kept records of all of it; while managing my stockers to coordinate the most efficient shifts possible. I also worked to train new cast members in all aspects of the job such as proper ways to pour beer, memorizing recipes and how to correctly make drinks in batches. Finally I was in charge of making sure every bank for every location was correct or filing reports if the banks were over/under, going through receipts and reports and paying tipped cast members what they were owed.

After my time at springs I was offered a role at Hollywood Studio's Scifi Dine in as a server, our restaurant is extremely busy and is normally booked out months in advance so I am used to constantly working in a extremely busy location that requires speedy service while still giving guests an amazing experience they wont forget. Working here I quickly learned our menu in detail and have in depth knowledge about the alcoholic drinks we sell as well as how to upsell different types of cocktails and liquors as we offer an open bar.

During and inbetween my time at Disney I have had the opportunity to bartend and barback at various locations namely at Dockside Margaritas, Hangar bar, and Ale and Compass
