This position requires me to scout for reliable, teachable, and committed team members to join our manufacturing efforts on a daily basis for a growing plastic factory.
My job duties are the following:

• Run advertising campaigns to get applicants at the door

• Daily plant walk around
• Following up with recent hires

• Cold calling prospective customers and daily booking of loads
• Processed orders and BOL's, issued invoices and created daily load logs.
• Facilitated communications between customers and field personnel to answer questions or resolve concerns.
• Coordinated repairs to vehicles to maintain fleet operations.
