As a Dining Hall Server at Brightview Senior Living, I provided proficient service to both independent and assisted living residents by taking meal orders, serving food, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. During the pandemic in 2020, to adapt to safety protocols I personally delivered meals to each residents room through room service as they were unable to leave their rooms. I took care of residents and assisted them with any other needs they had by addressing requests to enhance their comfort.
