Carmen Bader

I am responsible for the organization and daily operations of running the restaurant. I specialize in customer relations, training and recruitment, creating promotional events, organizing all fundraising and community outreach programs, ordering and inventory management, policy enforcement, employee assessments, all while striving to improve workplace efficiency. I am charged with performing in a technically proficient manner while under high stress and heavy volume. I have extensive experience working with our local media networks, Komo 4 News as well as King 5 News. I have given interviews to to both networks when called upon.

I am responsible for hiring, training and enforcing compliance with all city ordinances, state laws and mandates.

I stage, create and photograph content for our social media platforms.
