As a salon owner, I handle the daily operations of the salon, make sure clients are happy, answer the phone, book appointments and pay bills. I also handle marketing across social media platforms for help draw clients in. As a stylist, I communicate with clients to ensure they’re pleased with their service and in a relaxing environment.

As a secretary, I handled day to day office tasks, including answering phones, filing, greeting customers, and preparing and sending invoices.

As a stylist, I booked appointments, answered phones, was a team player helping keep the salon clean and organized, greeted clients as they came in, and strived to create a lasting relationship with each client.
