Duties included new client conversions, mapping data, reviewing client portfolios, and acquisition of loans for current clients. New client conversions also included training clients on the MSP system. I was a Consultant from 2004 to 2014.
- 2014-2016 - When my grandson was born, I decided to find a position that did not involve weekly traveling so I could have more time with him I took a position in Powercell, our help desk for clients for 2 years.
- 2016-2025 - In 2016 to 2025, until my retirement, I was working in development as a Business Analyst/Tester.. Designing and creating new or enhancing processes in the MSP system with our developers.
