One Sales Success Story

I was assigned as the sales representative at the Traditions Community sales office. During this period, the community was experiencing modest sales, averaging 10 homes sold per year. As a result of this low volume, D.R. Horton decided to stop purchasing additional lots and began winding down the community. After I took on the role of salesperson at Traditions, sales saw a dramatic increase, with 31 homes sold in my first year. This significant improvement in performance led D.R. Horton to reconsider their earlier decision to halt development in the community. Recognizing the renewed momentum at Traditions, D.R. Horton approved the purchase of 27 more lots, all of which I sold quickly. Following this success, the company acquired the remaining lots for me to sell. Traditions subsequently became D.R. Horton's highest-selling community for several years, until all homesites had been sold.
