The assigned tasks entail a range of activities, including but not limited to: performing vehicle check-ins, parking vehicles in designated lots, organizing them by customer, facilitating the retrieval of vehicles for shop technicians, executing vehicle detailing and pre-delivery inspections, collecting parts, traveling to deliver vehicles/parts, undertaking minor repairs, collaborating with technicians on projects, and supporting inventory counts.

In my capacity as a member of the ground crew, I was responsible for a range of duties. These include guiding planes to the gate, handling passenger situations, performing wingwalking duties, and loading and unloading baggage and cargo. Additionally, I am tasked with connecting tow bars and tugs for pushback or towing aircraft, operating towbarless Supertug to tow aircraft, communicating with ATC for taxiway and runway clearance, powering up and brake riding planes for towing A319/320, and dark riding planes for towing Q400, E145. It is essential to note that I carried out all these responsibilities with a professional attitude, ensuring that I comply with all safety procedures and protocols. My objective is to deliver quality service that meets the standards of the industry while ensuring the safety of all involved.

The scope of my professional obligations encompasses the movement of aircrafts in and out of their designated parking locations, facilitating fuel supply to aircrafts from tanker trucks, which includes AVGAS/Jet A, and reloading the tanker trucks when deemed necessary. I also attend to the oiling requirements of the aircraft engines upon receipt of requests, and offer further services to aid the facilitation of a comfortable flying experience for all passengers. These services include catering, coffee, ice, newspapers, and other related items. Additionally, I undertake the responsibility of staging passengers' cars on the ramp, ensuring their readiness at the planeside upon landing. Furthermore, I am tasked with connecting and disconnecting airplanes to the Lektro, aiding in their towing, and serving as a spotter during the towing process.

The scope of work entails driving a box truck on a designated route around Central Florida with the objective of delivering and installing washers and dryers at customer locations, while also performing light repair work either in the field or at the warehouse. Additionally, the incumbent is expected to maintain accurate documentation for work orders and oversee inventory management in the warehouse.
