
I have worked in a Casino Cage since April 2006. I started as a Cage Cashier at Montbleu Resort Lake Tahoe and worked my way up to a Cage Relief Supervisor. I left Montbleu to become a Cage Shift Supervisor at Lakeside Inn in October of 2009. I was given the opportunity to open the Cage at Hard Rock Lake Tahoe as a Cage Shift Manager in January of 2015, which was a lot of fun. This included the complete set-up of the cage including creating policies, excel count sheets, set up of the banks, and training of Cage Personnel. I was promoted to Cage/Credit/Collections Manager in February of 2018. Since working for Neva One, I have completely closed and opened the cage twice, once for the Covid Shutdown in 2020 and once for the Caldor Fire in 2021. I have extensive knowledge of all Federal Gaming Regulations associated with Cage, Credit, and Collections. I am a strong leader, fun to work with, and I know how to run an efficient cage. I strongly believe in creating a culture of guest service that builds guest loyalty bringing success to the property.
