At CDP Group LLC, I excelled as a Property Manager, where my adeptness in tenant relations and rent collection significantly enhanced operational efficiency. Leveraging exceptional communication skills and a customer service focus, I proactively addressed maintenance needs and ensured tenant satisfaction. My ability to multitask and prioritize safety hazards underscored my commitment to property excellence. Many times I also prepared these rental units for new tenants, cleaning and sanitizing in a professional manner.

I am presently serving on my neighborhood Board of Directors/HOA as Hospitality Chairwoman. I really enjoy this unpaid position where I present welcome baskets to new neighbors, offer my help with neighbors who are sick and shut in, and visit families at times of bereavement. My other duties include organizing social events for community such as annual picnics, cookouts, fall festivals and formal dinners at year end.

From the years of 2010 through 2016 I was the sole caregiver for my husband Perry Hoke. Previous to him suffering a stroke in 2011 he became unable to work due to long battle with Crohn”s disease. An emergency situation arose when his appendix burst and received a colostomy bag following the surgery. One year later during the surgery to reverse the colostomy he suffered a stroke and from then on was paralyzed from the waist down, unable to walk, and in a wheelchair. Needless to say I was responsible for the majority of his care, until he passed away in 11/2016.

I have also over the years cared for both my parents and other family members and friends. Last year I took a friend under my care by having her live with me for one month. Currently I am assisting another family member who is receiving chemotherapy at Emory Winship. Last year I worked with Wingz doing medical transportation for patient medical visits.
