Manage all aspects of gift shop operations (2005 to present) and as the Department Secretary I provide administrative support to ensure the seamless operations of the Environmental Services Department. Administrative duties:

· Prepare and submit weekly financial reports on monies collected in the Gift Shop and Lottery and these reports are submitted to the CFO.
Provided analytical, administrative and organization support for the Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) division - a $40 million dollar line of business that became an industry leader in implementing and administering systems and services that enable public assistance recipients to access their benefits electronically.
· Provided administrative support to the CEO and COO who oversaw 90 employees in 6 field offices
· Oversaw $7 million equipment inventory, including daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of asset transfers
