Parental Accountability Court Coordinator

  • Established the Parental Accountability Court program for South GA Judicial Circuit Child Support Office 622
  • Recruit participants and engage in outreach efforts to recruit community partnerships, identify, and meet with employers to secure employment for participants, assess the needs and identify resources to address the needs and barriers for participants
  • Participated in community outreach initiatives to educate the public about available child support services and resources

  • After going through these stages my skills to serve has accelerated beyond measurement
  • At the present time I am monitoring a paying caseload with an average of 1000 cases from A to J (my previous caseload consisted of paying cases from A to Z)
  • It is my responsibility to make sure the cases meet the criteria to be assigned to the paying caseload, set cases for court when qualifications are met, review cases for accuracy and make corrections, call customers or employers for updates, or give updates to customers when needed
  • I also work reports, prompts, escalations, financial emails, interstate requests and incoming mail in a timely manner
  • Assist and process customer demands in person (walk-ins), over the phone or by email
  • Assist customers from other offices when needed, perform genetic testing when needed, and assist other agents with financial issues when needed
  • I also participate with outreach services when needed
