Working in customer service center doing returns, setting up people for their accounts and taking care of go backs and returns

• Responsible for interacting directly with customers through phone, email, or other communication channels, addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, providing information about products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• This position reviews tax returns for accuracy and completeness, reviews and codes tax returns for computer processing, resolves errors and corresponds with taxpayers to obtain any missing information.

• Preparing sandwiches and salads daily to put in cooler for customers to buy them, also preparing pizzas for customers to buy.

• Online order picker, gathering grocery’s that are called in online from the customers.

• Food Service/To deliver the trays of food that the patients, breakfast, lunch and snacks daily.

• Receiving cash and share deposits, Loan payments, check cashing check depositing.

• Arrange to pick up customers or groups on regular schedule.
• Check the condition of a vehicle’s tires, brakes, windshield wipers, oil, fuel, water, and safety equipment to ensure that everything is in working order.
• Collect fares or vouchers from passengers and make change or issue receipts as necessary.
• Communicate with dispatchers by radio, telephone, or computer to exchange information and receive requests for passenger service.
• Complete accident reports when necessary.

• Collect taxes from individuals or businesses according to prescribed laws and regulations. Maintain knowledge of tax code changes, and of accounting procedures and theory to properly evaluate financial information. Check tax forms to verify that names and taxpayers identification numbers are correct, that computations have been performed correctly, or that amounts match those on supporting documentation. Enter tax return information into computers for processing. Review filed tax returns to determine whether claimed tax credits and deductions are allowed by law. Send notices to taxpayers when accounts are delinquent.
• Volunteering in and detailing in accounting erroneous refunds, refunding checks back to the customer. About 30 to 40 cases a day.
