In November of 2023 I was hired to McDonald’s as a crew member. Since then I’ve been promoted twice, first to crew trainer in February of 2024, second to production leader in May of 2024 which is my current job title. I’ve also done a lot of training into becoming a shift manager, but haven’t been able to do a majority of it due to my age. At my current job title I run the kitchen, making sure everyone is doing their job safely and correctly. I make sure all positions are stocked, and follow the safety protocols.
