Cashier, server, cook! As a FOH team member at Torchy's Tacos Edmond I interacted with customer's and provided service and support as Cashier by taking order's, operating Oracle point of service equipment, maintaining a clean environment and meeting customer needs at every point. I promptly delivered and packaged food orders as server type position. I also acquired experience preparing some food items, operating and troubleshooting cooking equipment, as well as following dynamic instructions from ticket orders in fast paced and stressful environment to meet customer needs. My job as a FOH team member saw me training others and being flexible in many different positions and attempting help with customer service needs constantly!

• Helped students troubleshoot and resolve issues with registration.
• Assisted with transition to college life by providing one-on-one support.
• Coordinated and led groups of students in team building and networking activities.
• Interacted with Faculty, Parents, and Students as the forefront of University life and connected different parties with the appropriate departments.
• Maintained a welcoming and social demeanor, facilitating new connections.
• Acted as a knowledge base and service for many different questions and concerns about UCO.

• Part-time in which I worked as a cashier for a public golf course pro shop. During my time there I acquired problem solving skills by managing golf cart schedules and tee times to provide efficient service for customers
