I am a recent High School graduate looking for a role on the golf course. I earned a golf scholarship at Madonna University and will be a student athlete this fall studying sports management. I was a 2 letter athlete at my high school while handling my studies and taking advanced classes.
Created introduction to Matthew Zick, JD, asking to job shadow
Followed up with attorney on court room opportunity
Learned how local cases are interpreted and deliberated on by judge and attorneys for outcomes
Engaged with local judge on local laws, typical cases and how she handles judgments and resolution
Created a summary of my experiences for my High School portfolio and interview project
My golf skills and knowledge of the game resulted in 11 offers to play golf across NCAA D3, NAIA, USCAAA, NJCAA D2, with offers from a Penn State regional campus, almost full scholarship from an NAIA school in Missouri. Madonna University, an NAIA conference university offered me a "Madonna Crusader Golf Scholarship." I chose Madonna University due to their golf program and academic offerings.
