Accomplishments
- ERGO AWARD - Led employee involvement team project that was awarded 1st place site wide. This project focused on ergonomic safety while retrieving sealant from on-site storage freezers. This project which was accomplished with support of facilities controls department to eliminate freezer burns and reaching injuries that had been documented while MT teammates were getting sealant from the storage freezers.
- Recognized for new teammate training process after moving to a new team. With new team/job requirements, it was difficult for new teammates to transition into the role. I worked with training department to create a process for onboarding new teammates.
- 1 of 20 teammates chosen to travel to suppliers in Japan. The program was "GO-SEE-DO", the objective was to lean out process. We traveled to suppliers in Japan and observed how tasks were accomplished at their factories and looked for ways to involve and change our current on-site processes.
