The Center Manager role involves leading our locations to excellence, motivating teams, overseeing operations, and ensuring policy compliance. Collaborating with cross-functional groups, contributing to performance evaluations, and maintaining safety protocols are key responsibilities. Strategic thinking and budget management support exceptional client service, community engagement, and overall center success.
Duties include leadership, scheduling/attendance, operations, client relations, and safety.
• To record all schedule changes and cancellations
• To input schedules into scheduling software
• To record cancellations and changes
Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children and adolescents with behavioral disorders - Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective treatment - Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary - Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions - Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client sessions and progress
