I have worked on and off in retail since I was 17 years old, taking breaks due to schooling or staying at home with my children. I have always worked well with customers, providing top of the line customer service to everyone I help. In 2018, I became a medical receptionist for an urgent care facility. It was a rewarding and challenging experience. I love working with people and to be able to help people, was truly rewarding. I left the clinic on very good terms and remain in close contact with them still. I deal well with high stress situations, and always remain professional and courteous. I am talented at working with upset customers and diffusing any situations, to where the customer will be happy and feel heard and helped. I am excellent at multi-tasking, due to past job experiences and the job of motherhood. I am highly dependable, and make sure I am always there when needed. I am very good with numbers and very efficient in cash handling. I enjoy learning new tasks and always look forward to new challenges. I am a fast learner and pick up new skills quickly. Growing up, I helped on a farm with horses and other farm animals. My father owned a reptile business that my sister and I both helped with growing up until we left for college. I have always been comfortable around all types of animals, including with medical emergencies, allowing myself to stay calm and collected and help get done what needed to get done.
