- Call alumni and persuade them into rejoining
- Create and/or cancel memberships
- Give tours of the facility to potential members
- Send emails when necessary
- Help new members set up the required apps to check into the gym and group exercise classes
- Create opportunities, follow-up calls or emails for potential members
- Update and upload certain events/flyers to the TVs around the facility
- Make sure to print out new flyers and post them around the facility when needed
- Audit paperwork from new members which includes verifying that the information is correctly inputted into SalesForce properly
- Answer incoming phone calls from our call center
- Create and process sports, personal training, and summer/holiday camp orders
- Once orders for personal training have been processed, I will then upload the paperwork to the associated account
- Filing and organizing membership paperwork
- We keep information 7 years out from the year they cancel in case they rejoin, so I will put the cancels into the corresponding boxes
- Welcome in every non and potential member that steps foot inside our facility with a smile and positive attitude!

- I had the opportunity to shadow two meteorologists at the Tampa Bay/Ruskin National Weather Service from April 8th through the 9th of 2023
- I even experienced and participated in the launching of a weather balloon on the 9th around 7 pm
- I learned that operational meteorologists at the National Weather Service will take the information given by models and verify it with what is provided on their website in addition to launching weather balloons twice a day (morning and afternoon/evening)
