I am applying for the Content Analyst, Customer Solutions position as I have all the hard/soft skills to excel. By being a Peer Guide (2023) I learned to enhance my skills of communication (presenting teach backs, doing roleplays, and being positive influence and being supportive on a daily basis), learned better ways to organize on digital platforms, and became better at researching efficiently. Being with the new hires during peer guiding set me up for success with a fast paced environment that was always changing. This environment I thrive at. My personality is always to give a helping hand and I do that with my career here at Fidelity by being Co-Lead for the Morale Committee (Q4 2022), being a member of RAISE (working parents & caregivers) Special Interest Group (SIG) (Q1 2023).
