

Over the course of my professional career, I’ve learned and gained lots of knowledge and experience when it comes to working in environments where providing exceptional service is key to healthy customer service relationships. I value and recognize good leadership and will continue to learned and develop my skills and abilities when it comes to working in a human services and educational environments.
During my time at HSS. INC and NAMC. I was quickly promoted to shift Leader also known as a sergeant supervisor. My key responsibilities included
Security Operations
Monitoring security systems such as CCTV cameras and alarm systems
Respond to emergencies and incidents throughout the hospital facility.
Develop and enforce security and hospital policies.
Manage security personnel and collaborate with Law enforcement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
and manage crisis situations.
My daily and nightly duties were to prevent hotel damage, car thief, solicitation, and hotel policy violators. My physical objective was to maintain constant presence throughout the property inside and out around the clock. and assist with arriving guest and their bags while remaing attentive to guest and their visitors during their stay at the hotel property. I Issued criminal trespass warnings, conducted site reviews and security audits and made recommendations to management based on findings.
Daily operations consisted ofOpening and closing of the store.
