As an Assistant Lifeguard in the Junior Lifeguard Program, I supported the safety and education of participants by assisting senior lifeguards in enforcing safety regulations, and facilitating training activities. This role provided me with hands-on experience in lifeguarding, emergency response, and youth mentorship, contributing to a safe and engaging environment for junior lifeguards.

• Safety Monitoring: Assisted in supervising junior guards to ensure participant safety. Provided immediate support during incidents and emergencies, following established safety protocols.
• Emergency Response: Participated in emergency drills and responded effectively to real-life situations, demonstrating proficiency in first aid and CPR. Supported senior lifeguards in implementing emergency procedures and managing critical situations.
